Subject: Missing Thongs in Lunch Room, Third Floor

“Lucy from the Lunch Box Café asked if someone has found a pair of thongs left on a platter of cheese and crackers yesterday. The platter was placed in the lunch room, third floor. If you have found them please bring them back to Lucy in the basement. Thank you.”

Hmmm…what kind of party was this and why wasn’t I invited?
…gawd, I sure hope they were clean, sitting there on the cheese platter and all.

OK – I know there’s only one original member of the beach boys – cousin Mike Love, now 67 years old. But they still have that legendary sound. Plus it was a FREE concert with fireworks to boot!

Ever wonder who has the better burrito – Qdoba or Chipotle?
John K. and I put this to a ‘taste off’, sampling the same burrito from both places. By a vote of 2 – 0, Chipolte won, with accolades for more balanced, layered flavors and superior guacamole.

I much prefer Anna’s for a West Coast taco experience, but alas we are not blessed with options in Malden.
